Once Pixelpack rollup is launched, $XFL holders will be airdropped $PIXL tokens.
After the rollup launch, $PIXL will be unlocked in phases. $XFL holders will get priority when the unlock begins.
$XFL holders get priority access to all new features.
Token liquidation
There will be a liquidation event where the remaining non-circulating supply of $XFL, roughly 94%, will be liquidated into the Uniswap pool. There will be an announcement on this before the event occurs.
The goal of this event is to place the total supply of $XFL into the hands of the community. Liquidation happens in two events:
Sep 5, 2023 9 PM EDT - liquidate around 30% of the supply into the Uniswap pool
Sep 8, 2023 9 PM EDT - liquidate the rest (around 64%) of the supply into the pool
After these two events, circulating supply equlas total supply and all tokens are on the open market. There is no team or insider allocation.
